ADOPT induction horn retrofit, 02-05 DE to 06 Revup

Induction horn identical to the one in 2006 OEM airboxes which retrofits into DEs for a 4-5bhp gain. 

A. Revup model Z33 use a revised airbox flow horn which improves their intake discharge coefficient, increasing total flowrate by 2.5-3%. Previously only available through purchase of an entire 2006 OEM airbox, ADOPT's induction horn is a lower-cost alternative that updates older DE airboxes to the 2006 configuration. 

B. [IN DEVELOPMENT] S1/S2 airboxes are only found on the extremely rare and Japan-only NISMO S1, S2, and Competition engines whose total number is perhaps 300 or less. S1 intakes use a heavily modified stock airbox to fit a tapered intake pipe and larger intake horn; 85mm at the airbox rather than 71.5mm as with standard models. S1/S2 engines are high-RPM optimized; NISMO uses a tapered intake pipe to spread a weaker but wider-band VE signal gain across the rev range to mitigate loss of low end torque. Requires a tapered 85->70mm intake pipe, to be released at a later time.

A drill is required to remove existing fasteners, which are replaced by provided Nylon hardware through the OE MAF mounting holes. Features a Buna-N O-ring at 25% compression, which seals the intake surface without need for a more cumbersome gasket. Five bolts and two O-rings are included in case of install mishap.
